Silaé™ IIoT Devices
Silaé™ IIoT Devices
Getting started with Silaé™ is easy and fast. You only need three things to get started:
Silaé™ IIoT Sensors
One Silaé™ sensor is installed per machine or tracking point which is used to monitor utilization of the machine, track cycles and material flows.
Internet Gateway
Silaé™ devices connect to Silaé™ Cloud Platform using an internet gateway.
You would be required to provide adequate network connectivity for the connected desks, employees and materials.
Power
The IoT devices are powered by mains voltage (220 to 240 VAC). Machine sensors are connected to the same power source so do not need any separate electrical provisioning. Throughput tracking sensors will need a power source at the installation point.

Types of Sensors
Silaé™ Smart Sewing Desk
This sensor sits on every operator machine and auto-detects activity.
It can be configured using Silae apps to recognize the Operation Bulletin and step the operator is working on
It also has the provision for the operator to tap their ID card (RFID based) and RFID cards associated with bundles
Based on these simple inputs, it auto-generates data on performance and tags it with relevant info on machine, operator and step.
Silaé™ Smart Quality Desk
Checking and inspection are critical to ensure quality of production
Silae offers a Smart Quality desk to help record data on bundles and number of pieces that pass or fail checking/inspection
Silaé™ Throughput Tracker
These are versatile sensors that help you understand and manage throughput across your production floor
The sensors can be configured and placed at various stages of your production flow.
You can tap RFID cards attached to bundles on these, and track their progress across the production chain
Silaé™ Ambience Tracker
These sensors allow you to monitor your ambient environmental parameters like light, humidity, air quality and more.
